Teddy Bear Team Building? What the heck is that? You’ve likely seen the teddy bear stores at the mall, but this is absolutely nothing like that. This is a fun, and hilarious, team activity where participants learn about the strengths of their coworkers while donating comfort items to children who have lost everything or who have been victims of the human trafficking epidemic. The team building activities make the event fun. The donation at the end makes the event unforgettable! (Note from us… Out of all of the events that we do, this is the one that generates the most real-world application of team development.)

STRUCTURE AND TIME FRAME OF THIS TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY
Team building activities range from purely entertaining to being purely academic. The Rescue Bear ® event, though, is a fantastic balance of both learning and having fun. The activities are loosely based on personality temperament training. However, your team will likely not realize this. What they will realize, though, is that each of your team members has specific strengths. Once they recognize these strengths and divide tasks up based on those strengths, they accomplish more.
